The SM015 grade combines a fine-grain carbide substrate for sharp, durable cutting edges that hold tolerance longer. Whether you’re running a single prototype or a full production batch, consistent edge quality means consistent groove width – no creep, no drift between parts.

- 1.0mm – narrow O-ring seats, tight undercuts, and precision retaining features
- 1.5mm – mid-range groove profiles for seals, snap rings, and recesses
- 2.0mm – wider groove seats and broader retaining ring profiles (Tmax for 10mm holder)
