Returns Policy

At Stiger Tooling, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or special-order tools.

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Safety-related products (e.g., gloves, masks) for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at returns@stiger.co.za to initiate a return and receive a Waybill number.

Securely package the item(s) and include the Waybill number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this when contacting customer service, and we will assist you in selecting a replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled on the same day of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
