Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to anywhere within South Africa.
For international shipping, please contact our customer service team regarding availability and rates
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Free shipping is available for orders over R1000 amount.
Delivery Timeframes:
Local Overnight (LOF): Collection must be booked by 2pm and will be delivered on the next business day.
Cost: R86,96 vat ex
Local Same Day Flyer (LSF) (Overnight flyer courier): Collection must be booked by 2pm and delivery will be between 1-2 business days.
Cost: R104,35 vat ex
Local Same Day Economy (LSE): Collection must be booked in by 10.30am and will be delivered locally by 5pm on the same day.
Cost R139,13 vat ex
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders) may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address), we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the order. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at queries@stiger.co.za. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.
Local Pickup:
For customers near our warehouse, we offer local pickup options. Please select this option at checkout and contact us to schedule a pickup time.
